Hello, when receiving the mail with the answers certain answers are not included. (See screenshot). However on jotform it is complete.

What could be the reason?

The field tags are broken in the current email templates of the form. Please do the following:
1. Delete the existing notification emails (https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder).
2. Create a new one:

https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
