My submissions are not showing

Hi,

My submissions doesn't want to show in Excel when I extract it. It opens excel with no information. 

I have a live Webinar running this afternoon and need the data please. 

Please let me know how to fix this.

It seems that you have deleted the fields on your form.

Please note that if you delete a field on your form, all it's submitted data will also be removed.

You may still be able to retrieve it by going back to a revision which still has those fields.

Once you reverted back to when you have the fields, you can export your submissions again.

On the other hand, if you simply not want to accept any submissions anymore, you can just disable your form.
