I've tried countless times to paste each of the embed codes into a page

I've tried countless times to paste each of the embed codes into a page on our website at ChurchSpring but it hasn't worked. I also have not heard back from them in answer to my support ticket on the subject.

They originally instructed me to 'paste the embed code' from JotForm into a blank text box where HTML goes and that's what I've tried (lots of different ways too!)

There is a formatting header above the text box. The first choice is for HTML. Am I supposed to press that, then paste the code? Because I've tried it and it's not working.

Not sure if this is enough info for you or if I must wait to hear back from them, but thought I'd try reaching out to you as well.

    Thank you.

Can you please share to us the exact URL where the form is embedded?

If you have a WordPress website, please try the embed options here:

If the issue persists, please try the iFrame embed code instead:

Also, can you please be more specific on "it hasn't worked"? Did the form got embedded but truncated? Has incorrect layout? Blank page? Error while trying to embed?

Please share a screenshot as well on how it looks on your end and include the console logs.

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for responding. I actually finally figured it out after trying for 4 hours. It turns out the iFrame embed code is what finally worked, but there were other steps at the website that had to be done just right which hadn't been described to me correctly by the web host support. It would take a long time to describe here so just know it finally worked and I thank you for replying to help!
