Hi I like more information about your solution. We are a beauty salon with two studios and we like to send salon forms to our clients that need to be signed electronically  in order to get rid of our paper forms. Kidnly advise 

Hello Tanja - You can start building your forms. You can either use one of our Templates via this link or start from scratch by following this guide on How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form.

After that, you can add an e-Signature field to your form so your users can add their signatures before submitting the form. Please refer to this guide on How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form.

How does it work
1. I have beauty salon with 7 treatment rooms .
I’m the only one who needs to create and send registration and consent forms to clients .
However my therapists need access to the forms on the individual iPads ( via your app) to see if clients who signed the forms and or have allergies . Do we need to install my login on all devices and can all of the therapists easily search client records At the same time?
Do you offer phone sales support so we can talk this trough ?

You can setup email notifications to notify your collaborators. Moreover you can add the Google Sheets integration to send all the submissions to Google Sheet which you can share with your therapists. We do not recommend having multiple users using one account for security reasons. Instead, you can upgrade to JotForm enterprise and it's sub-account user feature.

Do you have a mobile App on the iPad that my beauty experts can use in order to check the client files for allergies, signatures etc?
Please note they dont sit behind a computer and need access via the iPad to view only the files.

We do have features on our Mobile app where you can assign forms to your therapists, so you no longer need to share your login credentials to them. 

All they need to do is to create their own account via the app, share their account emails to you, then you can add them as assignees.

Also, the assignee can only access the submissions done on their account. They don't have access to the submission data of the other assignees. But you, as the form owner, have access to view all their submissions on your account.

Hi there -
The issue is that I don’t want my therapists to register with their own email and password and have access ( even if it is read only) to our client files - our client files are the backbone of our business.
Is there a geo location feature that allows access to the files on location only ( if connected to our WiFi for example ) ?
Also how can I view what the forms sent and signed look like on the iPad ,?

Okay, so what I can recommend is that you login to the mobile app on each iPad, then open the form in KIOSK MODE. This locks the form onto the screen of your phone or tablet so there's no way your therapist will be able to view the submission data. Even if they close the app and re-open it again, only that form in KIOSK MODE will be shown.
