    Pay service fees from the type of silver down to bronze. Will get the excess refund?

    I did check your account and found that you earlier had bronze monthly subscription plan but on Jun 17, 2020 you switched to silver plan again. Then on Jun 18, 2020 you downgraded your account to bronze plan again. 

    I have processed the refund of the closing balance of $19.00 USD. Please allow 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    You have downgraded your account to bronze monthly plan which has 1000 submission limits. Since you have already received 1079 submissions, that is the reason why you see the monthly submission limit message. 

    If you need to receive more submissions, you need to upgrade to silver plan.

    I paid for the silver service plan but changed to bronze. When will the system adapt to the bronze plan?

    The account is already on the Bronze subscription. You could check the usage section of your account:

    According to the Bronze subscription, you could receive 1000 submissions in a month and you have already received 1099 submissions this month which has exceeded the limits.

    If you want you may upgrade your account to a Silver monthly subscription or wait for next month for the monthly reset to happen.

    The June usage expires on the 17 Silver category and 18. The payment downgraded to the Bronze plan has been paid. But the status still keeps updating, not refreshing Submission

    Hello,

    Your account is currently on the Bronze plan and it has a monthly submission limit of 1000. The current submission count on your account is 1101 and hence the account is on over limit.

    Please note that this count will get refreshed only on the first calendar day of next month -else you will need to upgrade your account to Silver to continue for the rest of the month.

      We want to know if there will be a problem in use. Since the previous month has expired 17/06/2020 (Silver) and has re-paid 18/06/2020 (Bronze) and the submission status is still overactive.

    Hello,

    Your account and forms are currently disabled - you will not be able to receive submissions for your forms.

    The submissions are over active since the the limits for the Bronze plan (i.e.1000), is already used up.

    The only option is to upgrade to Silver plan to increase the limits.

    I have activated your account now.

    Please upgrade to Silver so that your submission limits are increased.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to customize your form's submission PDF?
