Tracking employees who don't respond to a daily survey

I have created a survey with COVID-19 screening questions, which we need to send to all our employees to answer every day.  I need a simple way of seeing who has not completed the survey on any given day.  If I assign the survey to all of our employees by uploading their email addresses, is there a way to:

1. Automate a daily email that prompts employees to complete the survey through JotForm?

2. Produce a list of employees who have completed and not completed the survey each day?

It is possible to send a reminder email.

However, you will need to check manually on the submissions page who submitted the form.
