Hello, I am using your website for a handmade farmers market and one of my vendors who submitted her form is getting multiple emails saying that she has submitted the form and I am getting multiple emails with her form submission. I get sometimes three emails a day. Your website says I've received 28 submissions but there are many multiples of just the one form. I am curious if this can be fixed to avoid frustration on both parts.

    Hi,

We have received similar reports for duplicate submissions, and one of my colleagues were able to replicate the issue. This is usually caused by browser settings "Continue where you left off" option on mobile browsers, and this is its default setting:

As my colleague, EltonCris advised a workaround, you can redirect your form to your website or a thank you page: How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission or alternatively add a Captcha to your form.

Additionally, you can assign a Unique Question on your form to prevent duplicate submissions: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

You may also delete the duplicate submissions on the submission page so that it will not be counted against your submission limit: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
