Keep a template of each form once I have built it out on Jotform

Hi,

To create a template of your form, kindly go to your My Forms page -> Select form -> Click More -> Choose Share as Template.

A popup will appear where you will then need to fill out the information for your template and select Update Form.

Please note that your created template will be publicly available in our  Templates Gallery https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/. Other users may be able to use it.

If you don't want to share your form as template publicly, you can simply clone it.
