Can I store individual files

Can I have a client sign in and fill out an intake form and then keep their intake form and the follow up progress counseling notes in an individual client file?

Also, if I sign up and have documents in storage, how do I retrieve them? Also, if I have documents in storage and discontinue your service, can I access the stored files at a later date?

I am not sure I understand the workflow you would like to have, could you give us an example?

If you are over the limitations of a FREE account, some of the data won't be accessible as per those limitations.
