Jot Form Information Not Appearing

    I am receiving submitted forms that have been filled out but when I go onto Jotform to Download them it says there is one there but doesn't display the content. I have signed out, Closed the browser and refreshed multiple times.

    Is there something wrong with Jotform today?

    I assumed that you are referring to the HydroKleen NSW South East Customer Feedback Form, correct? As I have verified there's a submission showing on the tables page on my end:


    Are you still experiencing this issue? I have cleared your form cache on our end kindly try to access again the submission table, let's see if it will make a difference? Or please provide us with the form's direct link if you are referring to a different form to verify it further on our end.

    It seems to have fixed it self or clearing the cache on your end must have worked.
