    I am wanting to subscribe to your services ($99/mo) but I am concerned. I have been building and testing a few forms to see if everything will fit our needs. However, I notice that frequently upon logging in, I get the following message:

    Temporarily Back-end Unavailable

    We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume between our front-end and back-end servers, and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    As a surgical facility, this obviously wouldn't provide the uptime and dependability that we require on a daily basis. Is this an issue that will be resolved? Do you have any uptime guarantees? How do I ensure access to our data, and availability of your forms for our patients to fill out prior to surgery?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had an unexpected and extraordinary load that caused the issue. Our backend team has already fixed the issue and the forms should be working fine. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.

    We just heard from our Developers that there was a slight problem with the servers, however, the problem should be resolved now.

    Please test your account again and let us know if the problem is still present.

    These kinds of problems occur rarely. You can always create a PDF document and send it with your Notification email or integrate your form with services like Google Sheets, so you always have a backup.
