Hello - I deleted few form submissions from my account and it is still showing that there is no space.

Please advise on how to get over it.

I have checked your account and you're still over your file upload limits which is 100MB for the free plan.
You may try deleting more submissions in your form to free up your upload space.

followed the instructions but the email is coming with o mb zip file.

You may however over your avatar to view your upload space available.
To clarify, you have tried to download all your data at once by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/374-how-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once however, there is not data that was downloaded?
