when the form is filled out do we retrieve the info? Do we get email notification and then log into the site to see the completed form or does the filled out form get delivered to a designated email?
When we sign up, does all email go to the email that is signed up with or can it be distributed to multiple different designated emails?

Hi, you may setup a notification email in which you will receive an email when the form is submitted.

You may also view the submission data in your table submission.
