We are using this form so people can register to attend one of our services. I have been noticing there are random duplicate submissions. They are counting toward our limited number of seats which reduces the number of people that can attend. I can't see a pattern of why and who gets a duplicate submission.
One of our staff members received a duplicate submission today. She said she submitted her RSVP around 1:15 and then randomly received another confirmation email 3 hours later. She didn't submit another one though.
Can you advise how I can stop the random duplicate submissions?

Hi there,
Happy to help!
Upon looking at the submissions for your form 203565510666153, I am able to see a few duplicate submissions:
Duplicate submissions happen when users do not close the page after they have submitted the form. As such, when they re-open the browser, the browsers usually reload the unclosed tabs which cause a resubmission.
You can add a Captcha field or enable Unique Submission or Unique Question so the system can block duplicate submissions.

I have a question about the unique submission solution. Do the cookies reset every week? A lot of the same people RSVP every week and I want them to be able to do so.

Unfortunately, the cookies doesn't reset.
I would suggest redirecting the thank you page to your form or to your web page when the form is submitted.
