Hello
Are you able to suggest a template or the best way to create an online form that:
- asks a client questions that correlate to a tax return
- collective receipts and other supporting files (eg spreadsheet, PDFs) for each applicable questions
- save that information to Dropbox or OneDrive
- be embedded in a website or attached to an email
- has our firm’s logo on it

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to validate the data the user input in form? Please let us know and we will take a look.
