Dropbox connection - files disappeared

If I have a connection between Dropbox and a free Jotform account, do the files also delete from Dropbox when the form deletes files due to being over limit?

Or is there an expiration date for the files held in my Dropbox? It seems like anything older than 5 disappeared. I have a full paid Dropbox account so this would only be the case if it's a rule driven by the jotform connection.

I was using a form to collect testimonials for a memorial video. If these submissions (mp3, mp4, jpg, and pdfs) were deleted from my Dropbox folfer too, is there a way to retrieve them?

If I upgrade to a paid account, do the files still exist somewhere on jotform servers??

    Help, please!

    Hi,

When you integrate a form to Dropbox, any file uploaded on your form, will be instantly transferred to Dropbox and saved on a folder called JotForm.

Please check here for further details: https://www.jotform.com/dropbox/

I have checked your account and your total upload space has reached 270.77 MB.
On Free account the upload space limit is 100 MB.
    Please check this:  http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

You might upgrade your account to any paid plan to increase your upload space limit.
If you don't want to upgrade it, you have to delete your submissions that include uploaded files to clear up space.
If you decide to delete your submissions, please make sure to download your submission data, included the uploaded files, first.
