Form Verification methods

Hello Jotforms,

could you advise if the following senario is possible with the Jotform system, as I'm trying to find something to assist in automating client engagement for my design business. the logic is as follows -

• I'd like my client to review and sign an NDA form before I send design materials
• Design signif off where I attach the visuals with my terms of business and step to go to a payment portal (PayPal maybe), and maybe an option to allow for revisions.

Is it also possible in another scenario to have terms of business that we could both virtually sign.

I think your requirements are similar to an Approval Process Workflow, wherein both parties can update and sign the same form submission. Please refer to this detailed guide: A-general-approach-on-building-an-approval-process-workflow.

As for the materials that you would like to send to your users, they will be attached to an autoresponder email, and you can also send them based on a condition:
