Collaborator not seeing submissions

    Hello,

    I have added my coworker as a collaborator to the forms and tables, but she is not seeing my entries. How can I ensure she does?

    May we know what's displaying on your collaborator's end when trying to access the submissions table?

    Kindly note as well that we require someone added as collaborator to have a JotForm account to access a Private Table.

    She sees only her entries when she views submissions. She doesn't see a table.

    Did you add the user as an assignee?

    Is the user only using mobile app?

    If so, then the user as an assignee can only view her own submissions in the mobile app.

    If you want to share your submissions to the user, the user must access the table via browser. See guide below to know how to add a user as a collaborator in the submissions table.
