Hi
I have set up the link to send out an email reminder once receive any submission, however, I did not get any email when the submission come in. And the integration to One drive also failed to send all the documents, instead of one summary file.
I tried clear caches in the form, will this work?

I cloned and tested the form and the email notification works as expected:

As for ONE DRIVE, it should work as expected, can you please disconnect it then reconnect it back to the form, make a test submission and let us know how it goes?

Hello I tried disconnecting and reconnecting with One drive on 2 Nov, but the submission received on the 3rd is still the same, only the summary without all uploaded documents.
For the email connection, I have set it up after the link was created, and tested, and worked fine before.
Not sure why i cant seem to receive any notification now
