Wrong pictures are uploaded in the product items

    HELLO,

    I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH MY SILVER MEMBERSHIP AS I HAVE TO SPEND HOURS TRYING TO UPLOAD PICTURES. THE SITE DOES NOT UPLOAD ALL PHOTOS FOR MY FORM AND WHEN IT DOES UPLOAD PICTURES IT UPLOADS THE WRONG PICTURES. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO RECTIFY THIS. THANK YOU

    I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    You seem to have several forms on your account. Please confirm if this issue only happens to a single form or to all of them(kindly provide all the URL(s) of the form).

    Kindly share with us the submission IDs, too, where the uploaded photo is incorrect.

    Also, what tool are you using to view your photos? Is it Jotform Tables or Jotform Inbox?

    I've already cleared your form cache to ensure that your forms work as expected.

    Hello,

    It is still not working. Each time that I upload a picture from my desktop or from the already loaded pictures in jot form the wrong picture populates in my form.

    The form I am referring to is entitled "Gator Den Scholar Order Form"

    I have added a screenshot of what is happening. I am trying to upload sunglasses and it keeps uploading the wrong pictures. it is uploading a "lumch bunch" pic. It is doing this with all of my items I am trying to upload on my order form.

    When you go to the edit section it is supposed to allow me the ability to add photos for each of my items but it will not upload nor post the correct photos no matter how many times I am doing it.     We do apologize for the inconvenience.

    I have tested a cloned version of your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue on the product images.

    I have uploaded and used different images, and it seems to be working at my end.

    I would suggest you try to login to your account in another web browser and edit your form.

    You may also share a console log if the issue persists.

    Is there someone who I can speak to on the phone or can I send a video showing what is happening because I have tried every browser and it is still happening on Mozilla, chrome and safari ?
