Need to delete duplicate entries from database

We need to delete duplicate entries from database.

You can utilize the search function in Jotform tables to find duplicate submissions.

Then, you may proceed with the deletion of the duplicates.

Duplicate submissions usually happen when the thank you page is reloaded. This occurs if the browser is not closed properly. Thus, when the user reopened their browser, there is a tendency that the Thank you page will be reloaded. 

To avoid duplicates in the future, you may take advantage of our unique question and unique submission features.

You can also add a captcha field in your form, so even if the thank you page is reloaded, it will at least prevent the form from re-submitting until the captcha is filled.
