No one, including myself, are receiving any email notifications of forms submitted or approved as of this morning. The only person receiving email notifications is the person submitting the form and receiving the approve/Denial Reply from myself or other approver.
Neither form I created is producing the notification emails. They were working fine up until around noon today.

I found only one form where you are receiving submissions:

I have checked the email server logs, it shows that the email was sent successfully:
Did you check your spam emails?
Please whitelist our IPs and domains:
