Create a PDF with Google Integration and Approval Status

    Hello!

    I am a clinical psychologist with a private practice and am trying to figure out how to use Jotform to allow my patients to receive, complete, and return forms... and to save pdfs of those forms along with my own signature (or some other indication that it has been reviewed by me) to a folder in my google drive (Google Workspace).

    An unrelated question is -- how can I get a BAA for my account?

    You may add an approval flow that allows you to display approval status in your PDF:
