Can I merge this account with another?

    Can I merge this account with another that I have. I would like to merge this with the account under adam@drnatmed.com.

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. We do apologize but we aren't able to merge different accounts into one. But, what we could do is to transfer your forms from one account to the other.

    If you need some of your forms to be transferred, please login to the account that has the forms and create a ticket here in our Support Forum. In that ticket, please state your request and list down the forms you'd want to transfer.

    If this isn't what you're looking for, please give us a better description of what you'd want to achieve.

    Just to add from my previous reply. Subscription Plans can't be transferred to a different account as well. If you want to use your email address from your other account, you would need to change the email address from the other account into a dummy email, then change your current account's email address into the old one. You can do those by following the guide on the link here. I would also recommend transferring the forms, if needed, before changing the email.

    Hi, This makes sense. Since you are not able to merge accounts I'll tell you the exact problem. My father, the owner of this account bought the bronze plan here making a new account however he meant to buy the bronze plan on our other account. Can we transfer this account to a starter (free) account, and then make the other account bronze? I'm happy to provide any information you need to show you we own both accounts. Thanks!

    Hello Adam, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer subscriptions; we can cancel this subscription and refund the money; thus, you can upgrade the other account. Since the payment was with PayPal, you will need to cancel your PayPal subscription first from PayPal. Once done, you can notify us, so we can set the account back to Free and refund the money. Please let us know if you agree.

    Thanks for using Jotform. I would also like you to know that you upgraded this account at a discounted rate so at the same rate you won't be able to get on your free account. We suggest you move the forms from your free account to this Bronze account Partner_adamh.
