    Hi South Central Province,

    When I looked into one of your recent forms here, I see that you have added a PayPal payment integration. If you are referring to the same form, were you able to receive the payments on this form?

    In the meantime, please delete your Email Notification and add a new Email notification. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the Settings menu, click on the Emails tab on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover your mouse on the Email Notification and click on the trash icon.
    4. Click + Add an email and choose Notification Email.
    5. Click on SAVE.

    We are still not receiving summary emails to the person who completes the form.

    Hi South Central Province,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I am sorry you are having trouble with the Notification Email. When I checked your Notification Email settings I see that your sender email displays as blank. Could you also check that out yourself to see if it is like that on your end as well? If so, please change it to, and send yourself another test submission to see if it works.

    1673882819 63c56cc34371a  Screenshot 10 You can also try changing the Notification Email's Sender Email to the alternative sender email, or your own email and see the problem persists on future submissions. Let me show you how to set up your own SMTP:

    • Click on your avatar and select Settings from the menu to open your Account Settings.

    • Scroll down to the Sender Emails section and click on the Edit button.
    • Select the Add Sender Email button.

    Enter the SMTP details, and click on the Send Test Email button to confirm that everything is working. If so, click on the Add Email button, and you're done.

    If you want to use your Gmail account instead, let me show you how to set that up:

    • Click here to sign into your Google account and access the App Password Generator.
    • In the list of available apps, click on Mail.
    • In the device list, click on Other.
    • Enter your Custom Name, such as Jotform.

    • Click on the Generate button.
    • *Copy and save the password to your computer.
    • Finally, click the Done button.

    *It is very important that you save the password to your computer so you can use it again later. If you don't save it, you'll have to generate a new one again, because Google doesn't let users view their passwords after they click the Done button.

    Now, to add the Sender email:

    • Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.
    • Click on the Add Sender Email button.

    • Enter the following information:
    • Email Address: {your email address}
    • Hostname:
    • Port: 587
    • Username: {your Gmail address}
    • Password: {your Gmail or app-specific password}
    • Security Protocol: TLS

    • When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button. If not, please check the details again and correct any errors.
