I'm unable to download the submissions

    I have been trying t download 50 form entries for the last 3 hours without success!!!
    We have tried multiple browsers and still no joy!
    It seems the perhaps using a desiccated form creation like Constant Contact may be worth considering!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please share more details about your query. Are you trying to download submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF? Are you getting any form of error when downloading submissions? Also, could you please share the URL of the form you're trying to download the submissions of? It'll also help if you can share a screenshot of the issue if applicable.

    You may also want to try to clear the form caches as it comes in handy if the issue is caused by a small glitch. It's also a good idea to clear the browser caches, test in a private browser(incognito mode), or if possible, try to use another device or connect to another network. As for your other query, we do have Constant Contact integration but could you kindly provide additional information regarding that inquiry?

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
