    Hi Luca,

Thanks for patiently waiting. There are 2 ways to perform this. First option is to create a PDF Submissions Report where you can include the uploaded images. Second option is to add the File Upload Element on the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click on Add Email button and select Notification EmailAdd image in pdf sent on email using custom email sender Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Click on Advanced
    5. Turn on the PDF attachment switch button
    6. Check on the PDF Document checkbox
    7. Click on the Pop-up icon to open the PDF EditorAdd image in pdf sent on email using custom email sender Image 2 Screenshot 51
    8. The PDF Editor will open in a new tab. If the default PDF document already has the File Upload Element added to the form you only have to click on its settings and check the Show image link checkbox. Edit the PDF as per your requirements and then, go back to your Email Notification settings tab and click on Save.Add image in pdf sent on email using custom email sender Image 3 Screenshot 62

    Hi Luca,

There are some workarounds for the 5 MB limit in the PDF attachment size. You could limit the allowed upload size in the File Upload field settings. If that's too restrictive for the people using your form, you can set up an SMTP for your Jotform emails. SMTPs generally have higher limits for how large an attached file can be. For example, the free Gmail SMTP has an attachment size limit of 25 MB.

Our guide here explains how to set up a Gmail SMTP, and this guide explains the setup of SMTPs in general, so check them out because they might very well show the solution you're looking for. And if you haven't used SMTP before, there's no reason to be nervous. I was surprised by how simple it was to set up when adding my first SMTP.

Give it a try, and reach out again if you need any more help.

    Hi Luca_Malacrino,

Are you having trouble setting up your email SMTP on your form? If so, can you send another Loom video demonstrating the error? Please make sure to review this guide for Gmail SMTP. Basically, the guide will show you that for Gmail addresses, you need to enable the two-factor authentication and set an App-Specific Password.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Luca_Malacrino,

It looks like you are trying to upload a video. Unfortunately, the video was not posted here. You can upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and share the public link with us.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi Luca,

I appreciate the Loom recording. It looks like Google needs to update its documentation. The 2-Step Verification can be found when you click on the See Details button in the Security section as shown below:

Once that's turned on, create an App Password which will be used instead of your Gmail account regular. Please check this guide on how to generate one. The App Password will be entered in the SMTP configuration. Here's what it should look like:
