Credit Card Info Fields

Hi I am trying to add CC info fields to my form similar to the ones found on the Authorize Payment form. As of now I am just using standard number and date fields from basic fields, however that does not always gather the data correctly. I need to add the CC info fields into an existing form I do not want to create a new form as I have spent hours designing the current form.

Those fields have been permanently deleted from your form:

Do not create them again, otherwise, your account will be permanently suspended due to violation of our terms of use, since asking for sensitive credit card information is not allowed.

If you need to create a payment form, you must use any of our already integrated payment gateways.
