How do we use these forms on a web site?

Now with regarding to how it should be used: For every submission that you receive, they land into your account and in which these submissions can be viewed into your form's submissions page. You can also change your thank you page (the text that's showing after making a submission), to either a text or be redirected to a different page: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page
