    Autoreply and Notification emails not working

    My autoreply and notification emails on not working on this form - https://form.jotform.com/62852343424959

    Can you help me figure out why?

    The form was working perfectly, but then we wanted some changes, so i cloned the form, renamed it, made the edits and saved it.  No changes were made to any of the autoreply or notification emails.

    Now the form seems to work ok, but the emails aren't working.

    Besides the edits to form content, the only other change is that we ticked the box to encrypt form data before submitting

    The email auto-responder is not being sent because of the encryption, please do note that a de-crypt key is required to see the submitted data when the form is encrypted so the submitter would need to have the key to de-crypt the info and see the submission in the email auto-responder, this is most for security reasons so only you can have access to the submissions and de-crypt key.

    Regarding to the email notification, I can see you've two email notifications on your form, one of them is set up using a custom sender email, upon checking the email log  I can see one of the emails was sent and the other failed.

    I have checked the email address you're using in your form and it is not in our bounce list, one of the reasons why emails do not get sent.

    If the issue still persists, please try removing the current settings of your custom sender email and adding them once again using the SMTP method, these guides will help with that:

    Setting up SMTP will help you to have more controls over the emails; however, if the issue still persists after doing this, please let us know.
