How can I create a "post a job" form with a payment button and embed it on squarespace?

Hi,

I would like to add at the end of the form (created for posting a job) a payment button that will allow the user to proceed with the payment. 

Also, I'd need to embed the same form created on Squarespace.

You can change the text inside the Submit button by clicking the "Submit Text" while the Submit field is selected.

I'd need to embed the same form created on Squarespace.
