I recently noticed my form is no longer sending emails to email@example.com. I tested my email and its still working. Also my other form which i copied from this one appears to be working.
Please help. This is my contact form and i may be missing out on valuable emails.

firstname.lastname@example.org was IN the bounce list , which I removed already

This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
