I have checked your account and I can see you reached the available upload space limit, such limit is fixed and it will not be reset.
The available upload space per plan can be seen on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
To free up space you may delete the submissions where files were attached, you may also download the submissions data so you do not lose it.
