I want a form that I can add cells, add upload field and a signature area

I want to scan a PDF form, which will then show the cells or I can add cells to answer areas, have them upload a resume, sign the form legally, and turn into html I can add to my website for them to fill out and submit securely.

does your system offer thaT? No where on your website can I find a place to talk to sales.

You can create the form in Jotform without the need to scan a PDF. That won't work. You will need to use our form builder to create the online form.

For signature, we have a few widgets that you can choose from: https://www.jotform.com/help/433-How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form. eSignatures can be legally binding, but you should consult an expert about it. Or, use the Adobe Sign or DocuSign for document binding and legality.
