I have a few questions concerning the jot form 

- Could you confirm to me that it is possible to download the answers of a form all together in a CVS or excel file that can be extracted/downloaded?

- Is it possible to have conditional questions. For exemple, if the question is "Will you attend this event", if the answer is no, the survey can end and they do not have to answer all questions to acess to the end? 

- What is the maximum size of the document that can be uploaded by the client?

- In the starter package thats free, we have 5 forms per month right?

- What does it mean "500 total submission storage"?

How does the paiement work if we wish to go with the bronze, silver or gold options?

Its there a phone number i can reach you at so we can exchange by voice directtly?

It is possible to export submission data to several different formats.  Here is how to export to Excel format specifically:

The 5 forms limit refers to the number of active forms in your account at any time.  You could have 10 forms with 5 set to disabled and the total would still be 5.

- What does it mean "500 total submission storage"?

500 submission storage refers to the number of submissions total stored in your forms.  If you collected 100 submissions per month for 5 months without deleting any, you would have 500 total stored submissions.

How does the payment work if we wish to go with the bronze, silver or gold options?

Subscription payments can be made via credit card, PayPal and a few other forms of payment.  That can be done via the billing page:

Is it possible to give acess to another person to all the answers of a form
like it is possible with google forms?
I saw that its possible to send by mail to someone the answer of one
person. But what about all answers in a compliled way? Like excel?

You can integrate the form with Google Spreadsheets to collect all your submission data and share the spreadsheet with the person.

You can also share the Submission page directly by making the page as public.
