How can I cancel my acount

My company needs for Jot form have come to a hold. How can I cancel my subscription?

I can see that you have a Silver subscription with us. Before cancelling your account please follow the below steps:

1. Download / Export your data if required since you have over 2000 submissions.

2. Cancel your subscription and downgrade to Free - How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free 

3. Delete your account - How-to-Delete-My-Account 

If you are unable to cancel your subscription, we can do so from our end and process your refund for the last payment made.
