    Hello 


    Grateful if you could tell me all the features present in the gold package. For example file upload, electronic signature,etc.

    Yes, all features exist in all plans, the only difference is in limits for each plan, you can check the limits here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

    I am currently using the free version so all the features are not present. In your pricing page you do not have details of all the features pertaining to each plan. For instant, I did not know about the widgets. It is only when I was searching on your forum about e-signature that I came to know about that. I presume that you have many options which might be useful to my organisation but due to lack of information I might not be interested.

    There is no restriction on any feature or widgets based on the plan. All the features are the same for every plan. The only difference is limitations on the account based on the plan that you choose.

    Apart from the limitations on the account, if you want to use HIPAA Compliance you'll need to have at least SILVER subscription. And when it comes to the number of Email Recipients on Notification and Autoresponder emails, with a free account you can add only one email recipient, if you hold any paid plan then there is a limit of 10 recipients on Notification email and 3 on Autoresponder email.

    As far as I know apart from these, you can use all the widgets in any plan.

    Oh yes I think I was using PDF editor. Can you tell me the different between PDF editor and form builder? When shall I use them?

    Please note that the form builder is the one to create an online version of the form. The online form can be submitted using a browser and it can be embedded on any of your web pages.

    The PDF editor can be used to create PDF documents and PDF Forms. The PDF document is the report that you can send it to yourself or the user who submitted the form with the data submitted. If you want, you may also customize the PDF report as per your requirement.

    The PDF form can be used to create a fillable PDF form. The fillable PDF form can be filled offline and the user can send the filled PDF form to you by attaching to an email or submit it when internet is available.

    Yes thank you for the clarification.

    That means that you should create 5 Notifiers with 10 recipients in each (for example) in order to have them receive the Notification.

    Okay let me try to explain the limitation. When you add a notification email alert in form, you add all the recipient email addresses on which you want to send submission emails. Here you should only add a max of 10 recipient email addresses. To understand how to add email alert and recipient email address, you may like to take a look at the following guide should help you:

    Add notification email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications  

    Add recipient email to receive submission emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email  

    If you want to send submission emails to 50 email addresses, you should add 5 email alerts in form where each email alert sending emails to 10 email addresses.
