We have not had many forms come through this month, and we have never had this error in many years of using Jotform. Please help

I can see that you are referring to this form: Project Job Ticket which is embedded on the said webpage.
As checked, your uploaded files already reached 10.43 GB right now, which is beyond the subscription's upload space limit of 10GB only.
There are two ways on how to lift the over-limit status of the account. You may either upgrade to a higher plan like SILVER that has higher upload space allocation or delete existing submission which has uploaded files in it.
If you choose the second option, you can free up the upload space utilization of your account by manually deleting the submissions which have file attachment in it. However, be mindful that this process cannot be undone.
Here's a snippet from the guide I'm linking below:
When deleting submissions individually, you will see this warning message (see screenshot below). Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers, including the file uploads on them.
Complete guide: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
So, I strongly urge you to make a backup copy of your Submission Data just in case you'd still need them in the future. There are plenty of ways to do that, feel free to pick one that will work for you:

Thank you for your help with our issue. I deleted about 10% of the form
submission yesterday and this morning. It appears we are still over of
storage quote of 10gb, even though prior to the deletions we had 10.43gb. I
was wondering if you can see if we are now below the 10gb of storage?
Of possibly I'm not permanently deleting the forms properly?
Thank you again.
Thank You, -

It looks like that you have now 9.51 GB. This is within your limit. So, your forms should work now.
Please check your forms and let us know, if the issue still persists.
Looking forward to your response.
