Hi there,
We are trying to create a learning analysis form for our company, however the process has multiple fields which need to be completed by different departments, see snippet of form below (AKO is the learning management system):
I'm not quite sure how to approach this type of form. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Renee,
Thank you for contacting support. You can have multiple steps on your forms granting different users access to different steps or fields https://www.jotform.com/multi-step-forms/. You can notify users based on the answers on form submissions and let them bring the form submissions to the next step.
