Am I able to insert the applcation form I created into our Association website and have applicants submit the completed form to the designated folder?

Here's a follow-up to my initial query.  I'm struggling with figuring out how an applicant finds the scholarship form.  Are we able to have this form reside in our website Scholarship folder, where they can access and fill out the form, sign and hit the "Submit" button, then make it appear in our folder, or some other location?  Or, can we have them submit the completed form via an email address in our website?

Here's the link to our Scholarship page:

The form I've constructed works fine on your website, but that's where my skill level comes to a screeching halt. Sure could enjoy some guidance/assistance.

    Thanks, Don Boone

Hello Don - With regard to your initial query, you can refer to my response to you here.

Now, let me address your queries on this ticket.

I'm struggling with figuring out how an applicant finds the scholarship form.

You can find your form's direct link by following this guide and share it to them via your email client/SMS.

    Guide: Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

Are we able to have this form reside in our website Scholarship folder, where they can access and fill out the form, sign and hit the "Submit" button,

Yes, you can embed your form to your website so your users can fill it out from there.

    Guide: Embedding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

then make it appear in our folder, or some other location?

You can integrate your form to your Google Drive or Dropbox so you can have a separate copy of submissions aside from the ones in your JotForm account.

Or, can we have them submit the completed form via an email address in our website?

You can set your Notification Email recipient to any email address on your website so when someone submits your form, you will have a copy it and get notified via email.

    Guide: Setting-up-Email-Notifications

The form I've constructed works fine on your website, but that's where my skill level comes to a screeching halt. Sure could enjoy some guidance/assistance.

Could you please share with us your website's URL so we can check?

    Looking forward to your response.
