Setting up an Autoresponder Email

    Hi,

    We are a Private Ambulance company in the UK and we want to put a secure referrals form on our website that comes into our control room as a PDF that they can extract data from. Can we arrange a call to discuss options

    HI,
    I have created an account and started writing a form. What I want is for when the form is submitted an email confirmation is submitted, the person submitting the form receives a confirmation email. The whole form is also emailed to a designated email.

    Hi there!

    I understand that you want to send a confirmation email to the user when he fills the form and send the filled form to the user. You can do this by creating an autoresponder email and attach a PDF document.

    Hi,
    We are and ambulance company and I am looking for a method where I can create a booking form which is filled out by staff in the control room and then sent to staff on the road who complete the rest of the information and submit it.
    Effectively a dispatch system. Is this possible?

    Hello Steve - You can set up multiple email notifications/autoresponders with the submission PDF attached to each of the templates. In that way, a copy will be sent to both the one filling out the form and the staff on the road.

    I also checked your form and noticed that you already managed to create the email templates:

    Please test this out on your end and see if it achieves the requirement you mentioned.
