My question is similar to deanborst's, but it's the opposite.
I'd like to enter some information on to the form and send it to a customer.
Customer enters more information and signs
Their submission triggers an email to send them two more forms (or a link to them).
I thought the answer to deanborst's question would help me, but clicking on it gives me a 404 error.

You can use a similar approach as explained in the user guide.
Example:
#1. Build your form (ensure that there is an email address field on the form), set up a notification email and two autoresponder emails on the form. Add an edit submission link on the autoresponder email: how-to-let-users-update-their-form-submissions-at-a-later-date
#2. Add a "Get Form Page URL" widget in the form - https://www.jotform.com/help/252-how-to-add-a-widget-to-your-form
#3. Add a condition in the form to show the fields that the customer needs to fill out if the widget contains "edit" - i.e. IF Get Form Page URL contains edit, then Show <select the fields>.
#4. Add another condition to send the second autoresponder email to the customer only if the customer signature field is filled. Ensure that you add the two other form links in the second autoresponder.
#5. Now, enter your data in the form and submit the form. This will send the autoresponder email to the customer with the edit link.
#6. When the edit link is opened by the customer, they will see the fields that they need to fill out and submit.
#7. When they submit the form, they will get the second autoresponder email with the two other form links.
Hope this helps.

I've figured out the email problem.
Thank you. I think this will help,
but first, I'm trying to solve an email problem. At the moment, I'm working with a clone of the Approval form in the original thread and having trouble with the emails when I test it. Here's what works:I submit the form listing one email address (music@stujanis.com) as the submitter. (I'm using a different email for the manager role -stu@stujanis.com.)I receive the notification at the manager emailI approve the submission and get notified at thestu@stujanis.comemail.
In other words, all the conditional emails get sent to the email addresses listed in conditions. What doesn't work is that I never get emails at the addresses in the Emails tab. Themusic@stujanis.com(the E-mail field) hasn't been notified of anything, and thetreasurer@riverfallscab.orgemail address that I currently have set to receive some emails hasn't gotten any, either.I should add that I tried changing the recipient of the follow-up email in condition 3 to E-mail (the name of the E-mail field), but that didn't help. This is the form I'm working with:https://form.jotform.com/211084625154147 -
