Potential New Account

Does your Jotform have a calendar built in your system that I can set up my appointments? Or is it just for forms? If I decide to use square for payment method, how easy is it to set that up with your system? How does that work?
I would be grateful if I could have someone call me or I have a number to call for more information.

    Hi Paula,

Unfortunately we do not offer phone support, but we are happy to answer all your questions and concerns here on the support forum.

You can receive appointment reservations with the Appointment field, and view them in the Tables in a Calendar view, or integrate them into a Google Calendar.

If you want to just use the calendar without the need for receiving appointments on the form, you can use the Tables calendar directly and mark events there.

The Square payment is easy to set up. Once you have registered to Square, you will just need to add the Square integration on your form, and enter your Square credentials to the integration. Once someone buys something on your form, they will enter their payment information, Square will charge them, you will see the submission in Jotform, and the payment in your Square account.

I would suggest trying out the calendar features yourself to see how they actually work in practice.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Thank you very much for your email. I have Stripe not Square but I assume it will be the same way?

I would like to take advantage of the Black Friday special that you have going on to upgrade from the free account, but have a few questions before I do. Can I integrate my intake form from Jotform to my website through Wix? What about a payment link? How would that work?
I hope that you can respond before the deadline of November 29th.

Also, will I be able to save the completed Intake Form once the client has filled it out in a pdf format for my files?

I look forward to hearing from you.
