I have a 1 TB plan and there is no option for me as a single user to get more storage space.

How can I delete all the media from a project, still keep the Jot forms and data?

You can free up the upload space utilization of your account by manually deleting the submissions which have file attachments in them. However, be mindful that this process cannot be undone.

So, I strongly urge you to make a backup copy of your Submission Data just in case you'd still need them in the future. There are plenty of ways to do that, feel free to pick one that will work for you:

Thanks, but that is not what I need. I’d like to keep the submission data but delete all uploaded media.
    is there as way?

It is possible to delete attachments only, but you will have to do it for each submission separately. This can be done in Tables. I recorded how.

Thanks. I think I have a solution. Perhaps if i Edit the form and delete the media upload item. This will keep the form and it’s data but the media will be removed from the server?

No, deleting a form field will not delete data from our servers. We are keeping it because the users may accidentally delete fields. If the form is reverted to the previous version the data will be restored.

The only way to delete uploaded files is to delete attachments from Tables or to delete submissions.

Then let’s put this in as a feature request. Have a button on a project to delete all uploaded media.
    thanks.

    Hi Paul,

I've submitted a feature request where users would be able to delete all uploaded media with one button on their forms. Please do note that we don't have an ETA on when would this feature be implemented. We will update you on this thread once it has been implemented.

    Thank you.
