Hi there
Please can you assist me.
Staff have received the message Form over quota, this form has exceeded its allocated quota, and not sure what is wrong. I have deleted old submissions and removed it for trash. What is my next step? -

Hello Herotel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.
Upon checking your account, it seems that you have exceeded the upload space limit for the Free plan which is 100 MB (you're currently at 3.05 GB).
To fix this, you have 2 options:
1st, you can delete submissions that have file uploads on them, but please do keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data from our servers. You may want to download first all your form submissions with uploaded files before deleting them. If you have already deleted several submissions with file uploads on them, check if they were sent to your 'Trashed entries'. You need to delete them there as well to free up the upload space.
To determine if you are already below the maximum upload limit, you can check your Account Usage page.
2nd option is to upgrade to a higher subscription plan to increase your account limits. You can check this page to view the different paid subscription plans and their limits.
You can refer to this guide as well for more details about your account usage and limits: Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits
