if you have any explanation/solution as to why some submissions don't get sent through to our email that would also be very helpful. Each morning we go through the Jotform submissions to see which ones weren't sent to our email and star them, so there's a couple currently starred in our submissions if that helps in any way to look at each specific submission. Maybe it can give a reason why they weren't submitted. Alternatively, if you can provide a method to ensure that ALL Jotforms come through that would be great!

    Regards,

    Jesse

    Hi Adobe,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Could you please provide us with the submission numbers that you had this issue with. I have checked our email logs, and I don't see any bounced emails that might have caused your missed notifications. Could please check your Spam folder in case the email have ended in there? Here is a useful Guide about Why Am I Not Receiving Email Notification.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us about this. Some examples of submissions that didn't get sent to our email (and aren't in spam/junk) are unique ID #:

    1. 000023219
    2. 000023216
    3. 000023160
    4. 000023152

All of which are on our "Maintenance Requisition: Icon Waterloo". These are also only some of the many that didn't get sent through.

    Thanks,

    Jesse

    Hi Adobe,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you check out the links below and see if the submissions were sent to your email? You can also check your Form Email History by referring to this guide on How to View All Your Form Email History?

I have also cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to receive the submission on my email, you can check the screenshot below:

Can you try deleting your Mail Notification and create a new one then do a test submission?

I have also cleared your Form cache, manually clearing form cache can help remove minor bugs or glitches and refresh the status of your form, you can refer to this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache? Please also consider Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Anna,

Thank you for your help, however the links you sent show that those were sent to the individuals who submitted them. What I am talking about is having the submission sent to our "maintenance@iconstudents.ca" email which on the form setting is labelled as "Email Notification".

There was another submission (000023236) that didn't come through to our maintenance email this morning. It's extremely inconvenient that some don't get sent through and it seems to be more and more each week.

If you need any other information please let me know.

    Regards,

    Jesse

    Hi Abodeadmin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having problems with the Notification Email. Most of the time, if we remove it and then add it back, that solves the problem. Let me help you do that

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the left side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:

    • While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on + Add an Email.

    • Next, select Notification Email.
    • Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi,

I tried this yesterday as per Anna's recommendation but it didn't work as we had one submission not come through this morning.

    Thanks.

    Hello Abodeadmin,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you're having trouble with this. The most common fix if you are having issues with the Email Notification is by deleting the existing one and adding new one. It seems that you already tried that, if the issue still persists try to clear your browser cache and site data.

If the issue continues, we'll create a performance ticket and forward it to our Developer team.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
