As I said on previous emails, we are currently using Survey Gizmo but considering using Jotforms.

I want to get hold of a salesperson or someone who I can talk to in order to understand if the tool will be able to cover our needs. I don't want to send individual emails for each question I have.

We want to use the same branded template them for all forms. I don't want
to create a theme per form. Is this possible?
About the type of questions that can be used:Do you have custom table
(allows you to arrange and repeat questions of different types in a table
format )
When a pdf document is attached on an email notification, is it possible
to chose the name of the pdf, because while doing a test I only get
numbers as the pdf name.
Is it possible to number the questions within a survey/form?
If we create a survey in two different languages. will the user be able to
choose the language they want to see the survey display?
Can we run statistics report for every survey?
Can we exports the results in excel?
Can we download an individual response as a pdf?
Can we see a list of all surveys/ forms created,in one screen?
Is it possible to copy questions within a survey?
Can we close a survey and then be able to re-open it?
Can we archive surveys/ forms and then be able to restore them?
Can you please send me an example of a complicated survey you have
created? It will help me understand of almost all the possible features
available.

You can create the main form design of all of your forms then when you create your forms you just need to clone the main form to implement the same design. Unfortunately, it is not possible to rename the PDF attached to the Notification email. Normally the filename assigned to the PDF file is the ID of the submission data.

 

Is it possible to number the questions within a survey/form?

Yes, you can add the number to the label of your form questions.

 

If we create a survey in two different languages. will the user be able to choose the language they want to see the survey display?

You can create your form in multilingual using JotForm's language translator tool. You can check this article for more information: How to make your forms multilingual. If you also have further questions regarding this, please create a separate thread so we can better assist you.

Yes, you can try to use JotForm's Form Analytics feature or you can integrate the Google Analytics widget in your form. For further questions, please create a separate thread so we can better assist you.

Yes, you can export the results in Excel, CSV and PDF format. You can check this article for more information: How to Export Form Data to Excel.

Can we download an individual response as a pdf?

Yes you can. In the Submission page, you can download the specific response by click the Get PDF button found in the header menu of the page. See screenshot below.

 

Can we see a list of all surveys/ forms created,in one screen?

Yes, you can try to group all your survey forms into a folder so when you select the folder. All the created survey forms will be displayed in one screen. For more information, you can check this guide:How to Add or Group your Forms into Folders. If you need further assistance on this, please create a new thread so we can better assist you.

Is it possible to copy questions within a survey?

Yes, you can use the Manage Multiple fields feature in JotForm if you want to duplicate a certain question within the form. If you want to copy a field from one form to another you can try to use the Fields Manager app. For further questions regarding this, please create a new thread so we can better assist you.

Can we close a survey and then be able to re-open it?

Yes, you can check this article for more information: How to Enable/Disable a Form. If you need further assistance, kindly create a new thread so we can better assist you.

 

Can we archive surveys/ forms and then be able to restore them?

Yes, JotForm has an Archive Folder. You can set a form to Archive, then form will be put on the Archive Folder. As long as you do not delete the form in the Archive Folder and in Trash Folder you can restore them.
