Hi,
It looks like my recipients are not receiving notification emails when someone fills out a form on our website. Can you take a look and let me know what is wrong? The form's link is

Your e-mail might be in bounce list. In order to fix this issue, you need to remove it from the bounce list. This link may help you about how to do it.

I have checked the email addresses you're using in your form http://www.jotform.us/form/62796016312151 and I can see they are not in our bounce list, I have also submitted your form and I can see the email was successfully sent and I also receive the email auto-responder.
