I have a form wherein there are about 4-5 pages and will be increasing more in future, to around 30 pages.
Query 1 - Is this workable or will the form have problems considering the number of pages ?
In this form, user is supposed to fill only 1 or 2 pages of the form and a pdf output is being received as desired. I want to remove only one field from the PDF form output but whenever I try to do it, the complete output changes. The page also usually hangs up. I have enclosed the screenshot of a portion of the output.
Query 2 - Can you remove the form output which says - Trick Query ?

Additionally, can the output come in landscape mode instead of the potrait it is currently coming in ?

Though JotForm supports to add any number of fields to the form, there may be chances that the form freezes when it loads on the browser. This is due to the form uses the browser storage to load all the code for the fields, conditions, etc and it takes some load to render the form on the browser. Alternatively, you may consider using separate forms and connect them using the custom URL thank page so that they'll load fast on the browsers. If you need to pass the form data to another form data, please refer to the guide below.

You may edit the PDF submission report by clicking on PDF > Customize PDF from the submissions view.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Query 1- My form is divided into pages. At any given point of time, even if there are 30 pages, a user only fills up 3 pages and not more.
Query 2 - I tried doing this but every time I try changing, the complete formatting is disturbed. Enclosed the snap. Also, how do I change to landscape mode ?

How is the formatting changed? Both screenshots you provided are the same. Can you please provide us a screenshot before you remove the filed and after the field is removed.
Another solution is to remove the field from properties on settings page. This should not change the formatting of PDF report.
First reset your PDF report and on submission page click on properties option, uncheck Trick Query and close properties to save change you made.
It is not possible to change orientation of PDF report. If you want we can raise this to our developers to see if it can be implemented.
I would also like to mention that when I checked your account I notice that you are almost out of Upload Storage Space. You have used 9.96 GB and limit from Premium account is 10 GB. When you go over the limit your forms will be disabled.
Please take note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then delete them.
You can also upgrade your account to a higher plan to get more available space. More about different account types you can find on our Pricing page.

You could try going to Customize PDF:
And removing the block on left:
It looks like it moved up in your PDF so that's why the space created above the checklist.
Could you please try and let us know how it worked.

I believe this is happening due to the number of questions in the Input table field. Could you try separating the Input table field to separate Input table fields based on the categories and see if that helps?
Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
- mongaakshayAnswered on July 16, 2017 at 09:43 AMHi, this will mean a lot of work as this form is already in use. Can you
confirm if this solution will work, if so will try for this ?

Separating the Input table question should help you. Since it is a live form, I would suggest you clone this existing form and make changes in the input table. Then customize the submission PDF to see if that gives you the desired result.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
