How can I collect logo images from my users

Hi, we get image files from our customers that we turn into logo embroidered apparel for them.  I am interested in a solution where we can customize the form we use but also collect the logo image from them.

Is that something that is possible with Jotform?

If so, how do we get the image from you? Is that an ftp transfer?

Hello Jeff - Add a FILE UPLOAD field to your form to allow your users to upload images through your form. I recommend you set the intended file types / extensions for images so you would only get image files.

And set a file size limit too if needed.

You will then receive these files on your SUBMISSIONS PAGE and EMAIL NOTIFICATION.
